We launched “Khidmat Ka Safar”, a structured CSR platform designed to engage employees in socially meaningful activities that foster a sense of purpose and unity. By encouraging employees to contribute their time and efforts, we cultivate teamwork, humility, and an enduring sense of shared responsibility. What began as a structured platform of intent has matured into a lived practice rooted in real community engagement.
In a significant step forward for our mentorship efforts, we partnered with The Citizens Foundation (TCF) on the Rahbar program. Our engineers and professionals connect with underprivileged students as mentors, offering structured career guidance and professional insight to young people who otherwise have limited access to it, while giving our employees a meaningful platform to give back.
We conducted a voluntary blood donation drive in partnership with a local blood bank and have organized visits to elderly care homes, orphanages, and special-needs schools to bring joy, companionship, and attention to underserved communities across our society.
Recognizing that social responsibility begins with equipping people to secure their own futures, the financial well-being of our employees is a core pillar of this journey. We extend our reach through financial literacy sessions, helping employees and their families build stronger economic resilience.
Health and well-being awareness took center stage with a dedicated Men’s Health session encouraging employees to prioritize their physical and mental health while breaking the silence around men’s health issues — reflecting our belief that a caring workplace extends care to the whole person.
Our commitment to environmental stewardship continues through Earth Day activities and resource conservation drives, reinforcing awareness around sustainability and our collective responsibility toward the environment we share.
NRL maintains differently abled persons on its active manpower strength in compliance with the Sindh Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities Act 2018, contributing Rs. 16.15 million to the provincial department, while consistently supporting public safety awareness advertisements in nationwide media.
